Askari Miniatures continues to expand their WWII range and take if further away from North Africa. Their latest release is three 8 figure sets of Soviet Infantry for the 1942-43 period. The first set consists of 8 unique Soviet riflemen, the second set is squad-level command and light machine guns, and the the third set contains infantry officers, commissars, radiomen and a combat medic suitable for platoon or company command. More figures for range are apparently in the works.
