After focusing on terrain releases for the last several months Deweycat has returned to vehicle models with the release of an stl for the US M3A2 armoured halftrack. Armoured transports in Bolt Action seem headed for a renaissance in V3 with new rules making them cheaper and more reliable, as well as more worthwhile given how deadly shooting now is. The ubiquitous M3 half track is particularly attractive given its ability to carry up to 12 troops, coupled with its standard armament of an HMG, which now has a 48” range, plus their is the option of adding MMGs for extra points. Deweycat has done two separate models for the M3 – one for resin printing and one for FDM printing.The FDM model has some parts simplified and thickened, to address the nature of FDM printing. Both the resin and FDM files have their own HGM and MMG files. The resin model also has a driver figure.
