If you are a fan of the ridiculously last and impractical you might want to check out Garden Shed Printings latest stl for the S-51 Self-Propelled Heavy Gun 203mm Howitzer. This SPG was so large and impractical that even the Russian abandoned the project in 1942 before it entered service, but that is not reason that it can't appear on your BA table.
