Butlers Printed Models has released for the 15, 21 and 28/32cm nebelwefers. BA only has a unit entry for the 15cm nebelwefer, but given the two models esentailly look the same there should be no issue using a 21cm nebelwefer model as a proxy. The 28/32cm model allows you to downgrade your launcher to a Howling Cow, saving 10 points with a reduced crew.
